Homes for Good (Scotland) CIC is Scotland’s first social enterprise letting agency, operating in 9 local authorities and offering a fully managed service with a unique tenancy support system that promotes successful tenancies that truly feel like home. Created to change the way people access the private rented sector, we work with tenants who rent as a lifestyle choice as well as supporting individuals from vulnerable backgrounds into quality, affordable and long term housing solutions. Transparency, communication and relationships are paramount to our premium customer service provision and are the foundations for driving standards in the sector as a whole.
2016 saw Homes for Good win the Social Enterprise of the Year twice, at both the Social Enterprise Scotland Awards and the Scottish Business Awards. 2017 is already shaping up to be a busy time as Homes for Good has just moved into it’s own premises in Bridgeton! This is made up of a Head Office and a Scotland’s first PRS Tenancy Support Hub which were opened by Kevin Stewart MSP in January 2017.
